Support our Museum

The museum is always working to raise funds for the various bills that we incur such as heating, hydro, telephone, and of course taxes.  As the seasons change to spring and summer the gardens and outdoor displays need tending to.  Our most recent venture is an outdoor military train display that was started in the summer of 2023 and continues to be developed.  Westgate Highschool has volunteered to rebuild an M37 3/4 ton from 1953.  Funds will be needed for parts.

We currently raise money by collecting aluminum cans and other metals, visitor donations and a yearly yard sale held near the end of June or early July.

As there is no entry charge to the museum we depend on donations to keep it going.  We can be found on the Canada Helps website for making donations. (canadahelps.org)
